My journey hasn’t been simple. I’ve faced childhood trauma, fear, loss, career chaos, and health challenges like Multiple Sclerosis. I’ve also witnessed miracles—like my dog Dahab surviving a car accident—and found God in everyday moments, even the petty ones.

As a millennial who’s lived through economic upheaval, heartbreak, and a global pandemic (yes, I had a baby at the start of it), my family keeps me grounded. We’re a beautiful, multi-racial crew full of love, laughter, and fur babies. My faith is my anchor when life is life-ing.

I used to think my prayers were too small or too messy for God. Through faith, healing, and real-life struggles, I learned that He cares about every frustration, quirk, and victory—even the petty ones. That truth inspired my devotional Petty Prayers for Petty People.
